I'm really BerylStreep and my log in failed on Sunday. I have tried requesting a password reset 3 times now through the link, to no avail.
I have also sent e-mails to the contact us e-mail address and have got a couple of replies saying we hope you're sorted etc, but I'm not sorted.
I know you are busy, but is there any chance you could look at this for me? The case number is 204327.
In the interim I have had to create a new account, but I would quite like my old one back please.
