are you using a phone? my Samsung galaxy note puts a space after the first so I end up with italics^

I have to remember to delete the space if I want italics

Don't think the number keys have dymbols on them.

Just have to swap to numeric keyboard - the symbols sure looks like the normal italicky chap.

Chaos, because I love you, I downloaded Opera on my Galaxy Note. It's Opera. It takes away all the italics on MN.

Download Dolphin Browser, and you'll see that they all show up.
