I appreciate that Mumsnet is getting a revenue from them but

BAMBINO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STILL NON EXISTENT!

Please don't listen to their waffle about how they've changed its rubbish.

They also supply Debenhams Extra and make a fortune out of a customer servive no. that is 10 pence a minute.

I had previous history with them before a few years ago.

I tried recently to place a order through Debenhams which had issues with stock, and another item was priced wrong. I missed a call back returned it and found out they are Bambino direct. Have chased them every day to find out if they are getting the item in stock and what price it will be, no joy what so ever. They just take my number and say they'll organise a call back, but don't take any other details Hmm

Rant over

But please do be wary before trading with them Sad there are better people around.

I placed an order with them last week, and then afterwards realised I had forgotten an item.

I rang them up, they added the extra item over the phone for me at 5.15pm and I still received my order in full the next day. And it cost me over £100 less than the same items at kiddicare (£75 instead of £180 for exactly the same items)

After I placed the order I read the thread on here about them and thought "oh crap" but actually they have performed over and above for me.

So I wouldn't agree with the OP in this instance. And NO, I don't work for them, I'm not a troll, have been here years, yadda yadda.

Just posting in the interests of balance, really.

Fair enough casserole .... I have posted this in site stuff so as not to cause a big thing.

I gave up yesterday and emailed them, and am still getting nowhere...they told me to replace the order but I cant until they tell me when its in stock again. I'm getting fed up now Sad
