How about inviting someone from Which for a webchat?

People are always asking "Can they do that?", "AIBU if I return it?", getting miffed about poor customer service but not knowing what to do about it, etc etc.

What d'you think?

Sounds good to me.

Maybe they could comment on making a purchase from an online store that has some flaky procedures in place and can attempt to debit your card twice (thread about ASDA this week).

Like how common is this, and what is being done to investigate / prevent it... Customer can be left without their own cash for up to 10 days before bank can 'time out' the transaction and return the funds, and customer and bank are left in limbo, as the store is the only body which can either (a) get cash moved to store and deliver goods, or (b) reject cash (allowing it to be returned promptly to customer a/c).

Must be lots of other examples, though I feel a 'we have our own legal service included in membership' type response for some questions they may be asked

Thanks for the suggestion - we'll look into it.

In the meantime, did you know we recently did a Q&A with the Which? Legal team about employment rights?
