You will have a great time, we went at this time of year a while ago and the weather was lovely, the people very welcoming of children and the restaurant food delicious and high quality (no stomach upsets here).

Careful in the markets as traders will try and stop you and hold your hand to start applying henna etc. and then get you to pay for it so keep your hands by your sides.

We were in a Western-style hotel from a lastminute.com deal but like you would prefer a riad if we went again, which we would like to do.

Can't remember specific restaurant names etc. but we used the Time Out guide and thought it was good.

A day trip to the Atlas mountains is worth doing, take sturdy shoes.

Buy saffron and rose oil from gov't fixed price shops if you will use these, much much cheaper than at home! I don't like haggling so only went to gov't shop.
