Pelvic Floor Muscles

I’m often hearing about how important doing your pelvic floor muscles is to help your sex life. So I’ve been doing the exercises for years.

I’ve just realised though that I’m not really even sure what you’re meant to do with your pelvic floor (does that exist in reality?) during DTD.

I mean do you squeeze them at random intervals or do you squeeze them when he’s on the way in/out. Or am I just over thinking this.

The ever faithful Google is not helpful in this instance!

I find that squeezing them whilst dtd helps me reach orgasm, and it apparently feels nice for him too Wink

Just give him a squeeze any time you feel like it. See if either of you like it!

I find that squeeze them hurries him up a bit, if I've already climaxed and he's yet to climax.

OP I don't know if you've had children. With my first child my pelvic floor just pinged back, with my second I needed to work on those muscles a bit.

I find it useful in these two scenarios:

  1. You're both taking it really slow and steady, lots of eye contact, it's really intense. You squeeze and encourage him to flex.
  2. You're trying to get him done quickly so you fake an orgasm and squeeze at the same time so he's convinced you've had one. He will usually finish within 60 seconds after..
