I have some of these and have used them a few times. Pretty good but periods very short now and very crampy so not much in mood to need them! Grin

Rainbowglow · 23/05/2017 21:52

Thanks. I have bought some. Will try and report back. Look large however. Hmm

They're just soft sponge so not as daunting as they look! Smile

Thanks Jennifer11

just looked up what a Beppy Tampon is...I'm sorry I don't see the point of this at all. Why is it some embarrassing thing to hide if you have a period?

Period sex isn't some disgusting thing that you need special equipment to do. Pull your tampon out and DTD if you want to. Most men in my experience don't really care about a little blood.

Aridane · 25/05/2017 21:04

A little blood? - if only - would look like a crime scene Blush

DevilMakesWork · 25/05/2017 21:32

I realise you're joking Aridane but in my experience it's actually a lot less messy than you might think :)

daddyorscience · 25/05/2017 22:36

And frankly, even if it is messy, put towels down, and shower after, job done. Minimal mess left..

Justmadeperfectflapjacks · 25/05/2017 22:38

It's not called shark week for nowt!!
Dh not keen but I don't care!! Grin

Jennifer11 · 26/05/2017 07:38

Not suggesting it's disgusting - don't think anyone's said that - and if there's not much fine. Personally I do find it can be a crime scene afterwards and ruins the mood us having to spend ages on clear up - just a towel is not sufficient sadly! Sad

Aridane · 26/05/2017 08:37

Yes - unfortunately a

OriginalArchitect · 26/05/2017 21:29

Can't say I believe the hype "he won't even notice"? Oh, I am sure he would...
Just put a towel down and if you need to, shower together afterwards Grin

AkimboLimbo · 27/05/2017 22:13

Not disgusting at all, but I still don't like it. I don't like getting blood all over the place. A towel will help but when fingers get covered in blood then it can end up anywhere.
I use a diaphragm to keep the blood held back during sex.

PsychedelicSheep · 29/05/2017 10:43

Agree, putting a towel down is all the preparation you need!

GladAllOver · 29/05/2017 11:01

If DH and I are in the mood during AF time we move to the shower and get on with it there.

Once you find the right position it's great fun :)

Aridane · 29/05/2017 12:56

Problem with towels is that I move and they move and the bed gets bloody.

Jennifer11 · 29/05/2017 13:40

This seems to have turned into a bit of a judgemental discussion about whether women should be using these or not? Completely up to the individuals I'd have thought. For those of us who bleed heavily - would have to go to clean up past their adult daughters room and do not have a shower big enough for two please let us crack on using them when we choose. If you only need a strategically placed towel also feel free to crack on. Neither of us is disgusted by a bit of blood- requested product review is that they do the job Wink

DevilMakesWork · 29/05/2017 22:16

Oh my word Jennifer11 - what sort of uptight, prudish household do you live in where a woman can't walk freely around her own home, clothes clutched to her naked body, leaking semen and menstrual blood down her legs, face a-glow with poist-coital joy?

Jennifer11 · 30/05/2017 10:10

You paint a lovely picture! Smile

Relaxedapproach · 03/06/2017 13:40

I've been using them for ages, can sometimes be tricky to remove if he's been a bit, er vigorous? But they work well and are really comfy. If they were cheaper I'd use them every period.

I also use for swimming as I trust them more than normal tampons.

Forgive my ignorance but are they reusable, because they seem extortionatly expensive?!

MargotLovedTom1 · 06/06/2017 23:04

Insert missing 'e' into extortionately

SallyAlbrightsCollegeRoomate · 06/06/2017 23:07

How do you take them out? Lack of string concerns me....
