*ahem* bedroom attire for the "larger" lady

hello
I'm mid 30s have practically always hid away in the bedroom, worn practical pants / bras, lights off etc.

I'm not sure what's happened libido has sky rocketed of late and I feel like I've missed the boat in building a selection of feel good and naughty underwear. I've looked at simply be, yours and even Ann summers but have found nothing that I fancy. Are there any other retailers - online as live in the back of beyond - that I should be checking out?

These days even amazon have a good range.

I've bought cheap stuff from eBay several times (not expecting years of use) and find it fine.

No idea of a high end retailer though I only splash out on regular nighties the saucy stuff doesn't stay on.

Bravissimo does nice bras for bigger boobs.

Figleaves.com also good and aubade.co.uk for swanky french stuff that goes up to larger sizes.

If you want proper sexy stuff with thoughtfully placed holes etc, lovehoney.com may be up your street?

i didn't realise that love honey did plus sizes shall take a look. I wouldn't have even thought of Amazon.
Not heard of aubade so will look, I think I fancy a few pieces of classy and a few saucier bits. Much appreciated :)

If you're worried about how you will look/feel like me I recommend cheap bits from eBay until you find the style you feel great in and if it's all good let DP splash out on the quality stuff for an anniversary or valentines.

If money isn't such a drawback then look for Prima Donna on websites like Jolie Lingerie or Rigby and Peller.

They do larger sizes and the styles are very classy 50's and 60's style sex kitten. Gorgeous suspender belts, high waist briefs and body's that defy nature and gravity. Which is a boon for me.

Probably also in EBay too.

As a "larger lady" too, I have a few more (ahem) interesting items of clothing from Cathouse Fetish clothing. Sorry I can't link or check that they still do larger sizes as my phone network won't let me access their site without me providing a driving licence or passport number which I don't have currently available!

My items are relatively tame and they used to sell items through bay too.

As a larger lady myself (size 26) I would recommend a see through baby doll and a thong with lace hold ups. I got mine from Simply be. I've tried lots of other things but found that most other stuff digs into you or doesn't fit right and you end up uncomfortable or looking like a bag of onions - eg bits poking out in the wrong place!

Do you have an independent lingere shop nearby? I got a lovely baby doll nightie thing at my local one. It wasn't cheap (£60) but worth every penny.
