Any good for an academic mathsy-sciency orientated DS or is it not really that academic? I know nothing but we will possibly be moving to the area and I'm trying to weigh up whether this would be an option for him

Friends have DSs there. It's an excellent school, and will do very well for a bright boy.

Thanks loads. Such a hard one as I know of some schools that look amazing on their websites but the reality is quite different yet in these times it is impossible to visit the schools in person
