Insight parent portal

Does anyone's school use insight? Ds is new to y7 and we have this to monitor and tick off completed homework.

However tbe completed stuff doesn't seem to get removed from the list so we can just see homework he has left to do.

Does anyone know how to do this? Sorry if it doesn't make sense, I'm so tired I can't string a sentence together tonight!

We have a similar portal, and only the teacher has access to mark the homework as ‘completed’. If I need to see the current incomplete homework, they are listed in chronological order, so I have to scroll to the end. Sorry, not much help. But I would ask the teacher to update their status on the system.

We use Insight (although as a school Governor I know the license is up and the school are changing to something different soon)

Anyway, yes as a parent you can tick the hw as completed and it stays in there. The way to check if there's something new or outstanding is to look at the Homework colour coded box at the top of your child's page (I think it's orange without checking).There will be a number there. If you're up to date and all ticked off it will be zero.
