Yes they can and lots and lots do. Why would you have to choose?

You need to apply to a good selection at preselection and think about looking for one that doesn't use the ISEB test in case he has a brainstorm while sitting it, thus hitting his chances at all his contenders at once. Not very easy now that so many ac books use iseb. King’s Wimbledon doesn't, or at least didn't 2 years ago when my son sat.
