It's a method of training your brain to remember things. There is nothing new that isn't available elsewhere but it could work well for some people. We were given the book but it was too much like hard work for my teens.
Am happy to send it to someone for £5 inc if interested.

I bought this book for my eldest and he really got on with it. It taught him memory tricks that helped him quickly memorise a load of dates and facts for his history GCSE. He reckons he had an advantage over others in his class because the school doesn't teach them HOW to remember all this information, they just expect them to get on with it.
It's basically really good Derren Brown type stuff, but all in plain english and broken down into simple steps. He can still reel off the dates and facts using the methods he learned, so there's definitely something to it! I've still got our old copy - currently being used by my youngest. If you can pick a copy up somewhere id definitely recommend.

My lot used this book! Very helpful if remembering lots of information is an issue (which it was for my DS!)

Hey I've just seen and advert for this on Facebook! Any other feedback if it was any good. My DD is really struggling.
