Offers for Halliford Shepperton and St George’s Weybridge - anyone any feedback about either school?

Hi
We have been very blessed that DS has been offered a place at St George’s Weybridge and Halliford Shepperton. We are thrilled beyond belief but now torn as to making a very tough decision.
Does anyone have any experience with either school? Any advice can give from those who know them?
Thank you

I know children at both these schools. They are all happy and doing well.
I think St Georges is probably more academic, but with most of these schools they will all do well in the end.
St Georges is co-ed, Halliford is just boys. I would imagine it comes down to that, and which one is the easiest journey. Which one does your DS prefer? There is a right school for everyone, it doesn't have to be the 'best' one on paper to be the right school for you.

That’s the decision - which one is ‘right’ for him.
Distance, logistics, cost etc is not coming into decision. We purely just want to answer ... where will he be happiest.

We don’t know anyone that’s been to either school hence my thread

St George’s is definitely regarded as better academically, I think Halliford has a bit of a reputation in terms of not achieving. Logistics are always a big consideration, if that’s not an issue maybe visit them both again. That’s what we did when we were torn between two schools.
