Poor quality school uniform

Our son has to have uniform from a certain supplier, not sure if I am allowed to name? Had so many issues with poor quality. They have repaired but it means posting it to them and waiting for repair. Polo shirt seams and jumper seams coming apart. Anyone else had this issue ?

I'd complain to the school - they chose the supplier. If it's a common thing, there parents would have complained and hte y might look at changing the supplier.
If other parents haven't had an issue, maybe you Ds is just exceptionally hard on his clothes? How long has he had the uniform before an issue occurs? If it is a matter of days/weeks, I would be looking for an instant replacement rather than having to wait for a repair. Although I would probably just sew it up myself....

We have single supplier uniform too. It was fine until recently but I've noticed this year that the jumper has gone bobbly after a term, whereas previously it was fine after 2 years. The skort material is also thinner. Annoying

I would complain to the school so it's on record.
Single suppliers are ridiculous anyway and even more so if they use their monopoly (having become the established contractor) to then produce rubbish garments later.

Definitely complain to the school and ask other parents to complain too if they find the same issues
