We've finally finished the round of school visits for the secondary school transfer and I am interested to learn from current parents how the social environment is at their current schools.
The majority of the previous threads seem to focus on academics rather than how "nice" the school is. Understanding that there are always issues at all schools with bullying and nastiness at some level, I am keen to learn more about how current parents feel pastoral care is handled and if girls generally are happy, especially for those more quieter sensitive type of girls. I would really appreciate honest opinions on the social side of these schools, does a certain type of girl suit one school but not others etc. The schools we are considering are South Hampstead HS, Godolphin & Latymer, Francis Holland schools, CLGS, Channings, More House, Queens, St James Senior. Thank you in advance.
