Couple of appeal questions

Im.in the middle of submitting an appeal for my dd.

However i have run into a couple of issues.

As it's an.out of county school where I'm filling out the stuff online it's put that I haven't been allocated a school (Not true but I can't change it ) so what do I do as it's obviously an automatic thing.

And on the portal do I just write the letter and take the evidence to the meetings? There doesn't appear to be an option to attach anything.

And if I put all the reasons in the letter dies that mean I can't say then at the meeting?

At this point, I would summarise your key points and note that you have evidence that you will be submitted in hard copy in advance of the hearings (at least 2 weeks) if you can't attach anything. I would note that you have been allocated a school, but that's not that important at this stage.

You can elaborate on all your points at the hearing itself, but you do need to submit any evidence in advance if at all possible. Evidence can be submitted on the day but only if all parties, including the panel, agree.

On the CC website I've been using, there is a drop-down option on their "contact" page where you can attach documents, presumably later on. Is there definitely nothing like that?

The trouble I have is that much of the evidence would be things like certificates would scanned copies attached be accepted?

And is it a faux pas to mention pass rates with regards to entry requirements

Yes, scanned copies of certificates are acceptable.

Not sure how pass rates are relevant in an appeal. Could you elaborate? Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post information publicly.

Are you appealing for a grammar school? That's the only reason I can think that pass rates might be relevant.

I submitted online and then got an email confirmation from the appeals office. I was able to email them in a supporting document to add to my file.

I had to send through some supporting documents for a medical/social application, and they limited it to three per message! I had to combine some of them. So emailing is probably better..
