What are they! What level is 1 and 4? They changed ks2 to 100 being expected level and removed the numeric and sub levels, ks4 is the new 1-9 but what is ks3 now?!

Yup, you'll have to ask your school. There are no official KS3 levels so we all do our own thing.

Ds's school seems to be already using the KS4 new levels then because they are set out with a current GCSE equivalent. Hmm levels have always confused me tbh.

Ours are:
U=U
1-, 1 = G
1+ = F
2-, 2, 2+ =E
3-, 3, 3+ =D
4-, 4, 4+ =C
5-, 5, 5+, 6-, 6, 6+ =B
7-, 7, 7+ = A
8-, 8, 8+, 9-, 9, 9+ =A*

DS Yr 7 currently working at 1 or 2 for all subjects.
