SW London independent girls' schools 11+ 2017

Those aren't schools I'm considering at all, not looking at N or SE London but thanks anyway.

So where else are you looking? Putney High, Emanuel?

Possibilities are Putney/Surbiton/Sutton Highs, KGS, LEH. Obsviously we need to narrow it down and work out the journeys properly but we know kids locally who attend all these schools so know that it is doable. Just wanted to try and compare notes with other who have been through this or are going through it. Can anyone comment on WHS at all? I think it's likely to be our first choice but it's pretty tough to get into, as I understand.

they are all good schools - do focus on those with the easiest journey, you have no idea how exhausted they get. Also these schools offer LOADS of extra curricular, you want them to take advantage of as much as possible.
Re Surbiton & KGS remember the sports fields are not at the school. Make sure your dd can get back independently from there.
