Anyone waiting for EDEXCEl Maths GCSE results tomorrow?

Grade boundaries look quite high compared to previous. DD beginning to panic .
168/200 for A*, 136 for A, 99 for B, 63 for C.

My dd2 is waiting for her Unit 2 result - and yes, she said it was 55/60 for A* and 51/60 for A, which are really high as well.

And one of my tutees is getting his Unit 1 result - am even more nervous about that!

Dd got a C ..hurrah! It's her worst subject and now she never has to do it again!!!!

It depends on the school when you hear. Teachers would have seen the results yesterday, but not allowed to give out till today. Some make them wait until after school.

Ds has been given his unit 2 results he got an A (99 ums points) very happy with that

Dd got the A she needed to take A level BUT a bit upset it wasn't an A* as she thought it went well. Did far worse in the non-calculator paper which is the easier one, so looks like lots of careless mistakes.
Now need to convince her NOT to retake in June....

A strong B here! Yr 10 and she was ill at the time as she suffers from severe migraines which can send her into a panic attacks (has blackouts) and medication makes her drowsy.

She was jumping up and down as she only needs a C for uni

Predicted an A* next year as long as she is healthy, school are sympathetic about her condition though so they haven't put any pressure on her though.

DS did AQA, got his result today a B! He said he is going to retake Unit 2 - as it is Algebra which he finds easier than Data Handling (unit 1).

He is pleased and so are we.
