Travel from Altrincham girls grammar to Wilmslow

My DD has been offered a place at Altrincham girls Grammar school. We are looking to buy a property in Wilmslow. The school tells me they have students who live in Wilmslow, just dont know anyone personally to enquire.
Any tips esp where exactly in Wilmslow the ?bus stops would be much appreciated.
