My mum got a mamas and papas rocking horse for my niece last year and it has ended up at my house but she doesnt visit all that often and its taking up a fair chunk of space. I would like to rearrange my living room and i cant due to the horse. Does anybody know if charity shops collect donations from your home? I would hate it to go to waste as it really is a lovely rocking horse and it seems they are quite ££ to buy new. Here is giddyah as my niece christened her

Salvation Army collects in some places, local childrens home might.

The National Re-use Line will collect some stuff - they are a sort of clearing house for local charities.

You could also try putting it on a local facebook site.

Why don't you try your local women and children's refuge - they might like it?

A local nursery or playgroup may like it.
