Can anyone recommend good primary schools and areas in Cornwall?
Thank you

A bit more info needed really...are you thinking West Cornwall, Mid Cornwall, East Cornwall, North Cornwall?

Oh.....perhaps more research needed as Im not sure.....I just wondered which areas were nice places to raise children, etc

Cornwall as a whole is a deprived area and Brexit isn't going to help. Research is definitely needed.

Thanks for that. Looked a nice place and not too dissimilar to where I currently live in the Channel Islands. Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, our family have not been able to take a look or visit the areas we were interested in moving to and our housing licences are due to expire here in Guernsey soon so need to explore options in the UK.

I haven't heard of housing licences. Sounds Kafkaesque !

Let's start with the nice place you saw...where was it?

Footie-Yes its to control population on the island. They tend to only give 5 year housing licences to those that work here....the licences can be extended however we would like to return to be closer to our family in the UK as the channel is an expensive bit of sea to cross and not easily accessible.

NIce place I saw was in the south coast and the east coast.

Launceston is nice and the secondary isn't bad.....nice staff! Not too far from Bude and you can be in Plymouth in 30-40 minutes. Saltash good as well. What's your budget, and how old are the kids as you need to consider secondary as well.

Thank you for your comment. I will look up both those places. My daughter will be needing to start primary school when we move.
