Hi, do you know the area well? I'm actually thinking of taking on The Royal Oak and gutting it! It will become a wine and Tapas bar. I'm just doing lots of market research at the moment x

Not that well, I'm in Cambs but I've done quite a few day trips to Rutland water. A wine and tapas bar sounds nice!

I live not far from there (though on the Leics side of the border), and I would be bloody delighted to have a decent tapas bar in the vicinity. Obviously there is a lot of very good Indian food about, but it would be great to have something else.
