Anyone Live in Highlands Village, Enfield?

Hi

Been trying to move for over a year and a nice house is for sale in Highlands Village. We live in palmers Green and in a big 1st floor flat at the moment which we are happy in but no direct access to garden.

The house for sale is really not my thing, new build, within a new build 'village' but feel we really need to move now and have access to a garden in summer for both our boys. But the schools are great.

Any thoughts, anyone live here and likes/dislikes it? It will not be our last move so thinking we should just go for having a house rather than finding that near 'perfect' property at the moment.
