I read about it some time ago, but the main question is who is going to enforce this law, should you call the police to say that your DH has failed to clean the toilet after using it? I think that this is a policy destined just to change perception.

BTW. Most of my male spanish friends who are married cook wonderfully and have a 50-50 share of the work at home. Though I know that the macho figure is definitively lurking around (as in every country of the world), I noticed that Spanish are more eqalitarians with women than many other countries. TBH I don't know what is worse, to be cleaning all day after DH or to have my MIL as a matriarch ruling our lives!
