Just feeling very lost at the moment. Not really enjoying life much. Putting on weight at an alarming rate...
I feel I've become someone I never wanted to be - a frumpy miserable Mummy. Took Citalopram for 2 months after punching the floor in anger as DD wouldn't stop crying (came off tablets in December). I have a few tactics for coping better but I don't want to just cope. I want to live!
I have read quite a few self help books over the years but thought there might be something else to try?
Any thoughts?
