I think this is crunch time for dp and I , we have packed dd away for a few days and have some time on our own to sort things out.

We have not had more than two hours on our own since we moved in August. I know that the next few days are going to be crucial in deciding if we stay together or not.

Good luck, twinset. I hope that you make the most of your time together and that things work out for you.

BBBee Sun 02-Nov-08 19:34:30

good luck - stay level and take a break when things get heated.

ElfOnTheTopShelf Sun 02-Nov-08 19:34:58

I hope it works out for the best

TrinityRhino Sun 02-Nov-08 19:35:22

I have been tidying up as I know he thinks I am bone idle around the house. Waiting nervously for him to get home.

FiveGoMadInDorset Sun 02-Nov-08 19:37:04

Oh TSAP, email me if you need anything, shoulder to cry on etc. sad

twinsetandpearls Sun 02-Nov-08 19:38:57

I am hoping that time to sort things out means the time we need on our own to work out where we went wrong and to put it right.

Thanks 5gomad

FiveGoMadInDorset Sun 02-Nov-08 19:39:50

psml kerry of you could see me you would die. I am in my cute but in now way sexy pink animal print pyjamas that have dribbles of pea and ham soup down them. I have also had some fanjo issues so there will be no sex. I also have a set of books to mark - he left with them in the car so couldn;t do it this afternoon.

QuintessentialGunpowderPlot Sun 02-Nov-08 19:45:52

Hey, tsap, good luck. Hope you manage to get some insight into yourself, into him, and your relationship. Be yourself, but fgs, get out of the soupstained PJ!!! <stern face>
But, dont place too much emphasis on the next few days, ok? Just be.

findtheriver Sun 02-Nov-08 19:47:49

twinset - all the best for however it goes. Let us know you're ok.

PootyApplewater Sun 02-Nov-08 19:49:23

[encouraging squeeze]

LoveMyGirls Sun 02-Nov-08 19:49:25

At least put something clean on and a bit of lippy and perfume grin

twinsetandpearls Sun 02-Nov-08 21:18:03

He has come back moody, grumpy and tired so I am getting on with my school work.

unlikelyamazonian Sun 02-Nov-08 21:26:19

Oh god. Maybe he is waiting for you to take the initiative? Take those pea-soupy PJs off, slam the books shut and take a small pair of black gloves from the under-the- under-sink cupboard - they're next to the bleach - those black slinky gloves you keep for a rainy day grumpy H.

Pull them on, sidle over...then slap him.

QwertyQueen Sun 02-Nov-08 21:26:33

hopefully when you both wake up tomorrow with no DC around you can have a relaxing morning together?
Good luck!
Good idea to get the marking out the way

LoveMyGirls Sun 02-Nov-08 21:29:48

Have you tried asking him whats the matter? what you can do to help him relax as you have time together and would shame to waste it?

twinsetandpearls Sun 02-Nov-08 21:30:12

Nope I leave for work at 7 in the morning.

PsychoGuyFawkesMum Sun 02-Nov-08 21:30:18

good luck with this.
