What is this? Anyone with any knowledge? Dentist etc? Suspect possibility of love bite. Left by other woman on purpose? He's prone to binge-drinking and falling over. How likely is it there's an innocent explanation?

Looks like he's landed on something

Seriously? Your husband has a bruise on his back and you immediately think it’s a love bite???

PlanDeRaccordement · 03/12/2020 22:30

It’s a bruise. Looks like from falling into a corner of something.

Harrykanesrightsock · 03/12/2020 22:31

Well I would say that’s a love bite.

Where on the back is it?

Looks like he’s fallen over and landed on something hard. Doesn’t look like a love bite 🙈

If you see a bruise on your h's back and immediately assume it's a love bite, what's the point of your relationship? There's no trust there.

It doesn’t look bitey to me. It looks as though he has fallen against something. I can see lines in it.

For you to think other woman - do you have reason to suspect something? Are you ok?

That’s just a bruise.

Love bite! Definitely

That’s a bad bang on the corner of a table, why is the first thought he’s cheating?

Does he have form OP?

Well it could be a love bite. Could also be a bruise from a million things.

What’s the backstory that makes you jump to the love bite conclusion?

Report
pompey38 · 03/12/2020 22:33

That’s not a bite , that’s a bruise, it seems that he’s prone to more than binge drinking if you’re getting suspicious so quick

Report
saraclara · 03/12/2020 22:33

It's a bruise

Report
Ritascornershop · 03/12/2020 22:34

Isn’t that an equally bad situation if he’s prone to binge drinking and falling over?

Report
Gazelda · 03/12/2020 22:34

Is there reason to suspect him of infidelity?
Does he know you've posted this on MN?

Did you tell him you were taking a photo of his bruise to post on MN?

Sounds like a keeper 😳....

Back to the question it looks like the sort of mark you get if you trap the skin.

I often get identical marks on my thigh. It’s usually because I’ve walked into the corner of the bed frame.

If it is a love bite, it’s in a bit of an odd place...

Could it have occurred during a clumsy reverse cowgirl dismount from his lover’s knob?

How long has it been there...? You'll soon know if it begins going through the blue / yellow bruising stages.. x
