I suddenly cannot stand my husband....38 weeks pregnant

Is this normal?
I will start by saying I don't usually feel like this.
We have a good relationship normally, I just suddenly feel quite a deep burning rage towards him, and only him.
I feel he is suddenly completely useless and I am the most capable person ever and I must do everything or he will f it up and the world will end grin
Most importantly will this go? Or will I always now feel like this towards him?!!

Hahaha yes I hear you!!! I’ve had that recently when I stopped breastfeeding! Hormones are a bitch and can make you turn on your loved ones for no obvious reason!

It's not unusual so don't panic.
Hormones have a lot to answer for.
Unless he is an epic twat then just try and roll with it.
It will pass, in time for another set of hormone related craziness smile
If you feel it's getting worse then speak to your midwife.

Yes completely normal. I was like with my daughters dad.. I absolutely hated him when I was pregnant, couldn't stand him one bit and I didn't understand why.! He'd try and cuddle me and i'd just push him away coz didn't want him touching me just the thought of it made me angry 😂😂
It'll go once you have the baby so don't worry too much about it. Good luck with the birth, hope all goes well smilethanks

Thanks all of you! I feel really nasty, although I dont actually tell him how I feel I'm sure he can tell from the way I recoil from his touch or when he wakes up from a great nights sleep and I'm looking at him with a murderous glare after I've had approx 2 hours of broken sleep grin xx

If it's happened suddenly and there's been no obvious trigger in his behaviour, it's hormonal and nothing to worry about. It'll pass when you have the baby. Just not necessarily straight away grin

(It's quite common to want to kill your DH when you have a first baby just for still having a life that is pretty much as before when yours has been turned completely upside down)
