I've just text my ex and told him I fancy him still ..have I made a fool of myself?

Me and my ex text each day. Some days more than others I still have feelings and still fancy him like crazy. I couldn't go on chatting daily and not saying how I feel. I want more and if it doesn't happen so be it. I text him "I still fancy the arse of you,maybe it's not appropriate to say but it's how I feel" I hope he doesn't think I'm crazy
