Hey,

Not sure how this works currently going through a very unexpected breakup of 4 and a half years with children and I just don’t know how to cope, the pain is to much my children’s life has been turned upside down I’m trying so hard to be strong for them and telling them everything is fine they never see me sad I wouldn’t let them but they know everything is changing it’s heartbreaking. Just looking for someone to talk to really

Hi Sherina I'm in a similar situation but my little one isnt born yet...I dont have much advice except your not alone in this...im 20 weeks past the break up and today I felt like giving up but yesterday was a great day...I think we have to just remind ourselves that for the next while this is going to be a rollercoaster of ups and downs.
