Hi,
I feel that my self worth is very low. I hate the way I look after having my second child. I have tried diet, exercise, fasting but I can’t seem to properly follow through. I am drinking too much. I feel that my husband doesn’t love me or find me attractive. I am constantly worried about him finding a better connection with work colleagues. I worry that I’m. It a good enough parent or role model for my girls. How do I start to fix this?

I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. For me, it sounds as though you may be depressed ?? Would you be able to sit down with your husband and talk through how you feel ? Could you maybe get a docs appmnt to have a chat with them or be referred to spk to someone ?

Husband is great and tries to reassure me but I just don’t feel it. I probably need to go and speak to someone. Just don’t want to add any extra strain to NHS at the moment

Please dont think you will be putting someone out, there are people out there to help you, its their job, thats what they are there for. Sounds like your confidence could be a little low but you have made a first big step by coming on here so well done you . Please make another one and pick up the phone tomorrow and ask about speaking to someone.

I have been talking to my GP about various personal health concerns and they have been immensely helpful and understanding. So please call your GP.
