My husband on paper is wonderful. However I feel just like a mother not a person or woman.

I feel I am there as a mother to the kids as we don't have any time together. He is on his phone all the time and yet if I want to do something for myself he objects!
He wants me to be in the same room whilst he plays on his phone (farting away) the kids are occupied playing. I just feel like he only wants me as a mother to his kids.
Wasn't always like this. He used to smother me with affection but now it's like he has got me and that's it. He does not even need to try.
He is a great dad, a good provider but my needs aren't met. Sex is a no no. He has no interest and would never initiate sex.
It's a hard one as on paper it's ok but I feel something is missing. Been together 10 years and small children but is this it?
Tried to talk to him but he tells me I am just hormonal and that my life is not that bad.

I love him but wish he would try to make an effort as I feel taken for granted.
Do I just carry on? We have good times too but not very often!

You need couples counselling, your issues sound fixable. If he refuses counselling, you have a problem.

How is he a great dad if he's on his phone all the time?
I'd call that a shite dad.

Nope not seeing anyone else and he really thinks he is a good husband and father!
