JeremyVile Wed 18-Jul-07 11:14:11

Your dh is away atm no coddy?

nutcracker Wed 18-Jul-07 11:14:14

Hmm from a women then no, I wouldn't think it odd, but maybe a little bit from a bloke.

She needs more than that to go on though.

Nbg Wed 18-Jul-07 11:14:24

i'd be a bit cheesed off if my dh was signing off emails like that

JeremyVile Wed 18-Jul-07 11:14:25

coddy Wed 18-Jul-07 11:15:06

its NOT ME
its my rl mate/occasioanl poster

<taps nose>

coddy Wed 18-Jul-07 11:15:35

well i htink its from HER
he has a lot to do wiht her professionally and mate has been supiciosu fro a while.

LittleLupin Wed 18-Jul-07 11:15:42

From him to a woman? Depends on the rest of the email! I mean "I will send the results of the latest juducial summary to you posthaste. Nite nite xxx" isn't too worrying...

JeremyVile Wed 18-Jul-07 11:16:43

Well, tell your 'friend' its not on.

Kissy kissy stuff is wrong, but did she aklready suspect him anyway?

Lizzylou Wed 18-Jul-07 11:18:31

No, not on imo.

If Dh was getting emails like this, would be annoyed tbh (tho he too is an IT geek, so not much chance )

GrimoireThief Wed 18-Jul-07 11:18:33

"nite nite xx" <boak>

It is a little "I wuv you fwuffy bunny" but not indicative in itself of anything other that being a little wet imo.

TigerFeet Wed 18-Jul-07 11:18:37

nite nite xxx

would be more concerned that dh was corresponding with someone who signed off emails in this way than any reasons behind it all

coddy Wed 18-Jul-07 11:19:40

well she did think they wre freindly but his area of job is very fmeale doninated dtraditionally.

coddy Wed 18-Jul-07 11:19:57

agree re VOM factor adn lol at judicial emails

coddy Wed 18-Jul-07 11:20:18

thast all i knwo so far

purplepoppet Wed 18-Jul-07 11:21:17

Would definately not be happy about that at all!!

foxinsocks Wed 18-Jul-07 11:22:33

lots of women sign their emails off like that though, don't they (despairs)

has she asked him about it? perhaps he is bored and just pissing about mailing her to while away time

key thing is how he reacts when she confronts him (if she does)

coddy Wed 18-Jul-07 11:23:31

wellt he other odd hing is that he gives her lifts into works someties

mate not pleaseed.

LittleLupin Wed 18-Jul-07 11:23:49

I accidentally put "love Jx" at the end of an email to my boss once

Gobbledigook Wed 18-Jul-07 11:25:42

What he has emails to him, from a woman, signed off 'nite nite xx'?

Yes odd

And she needs to grow up - 'nite, nite'?? <boak>

Gobbledigook Wed 18-Jul-07 11:26:03

Oh, I see I am not alone!

coddy Wed 18-Jul-07 11:27:14

cant psot any more
mates confidentiality but there is more

i dont htink he is adulterous though

GrimoireThief Wed 18-Jul-07 15:57:46

Does she use txt spk and pepper her emails with hun? If so, nuff said.

I suspect it's really just the email equivilent of using little hearts instead of dots for "i"s

Carnoodleusfudge Wed 18-Jul-07 16:02:27

I once got into a huge muddle with this.

All I can say is that I learnt a valuable lesson not to snoop.
