do all older siblings treat their younger siblings like they are still CHILDREN?

Yes. I do with my brother and sister, and they are 22 and 17!

I am the youngest of 5, and I still get treated like the "baby" - ie my opinion would not always be asked on things, my mom assuming I am not as competent as my older brothers and sisters.I'm 36!!! I have 2 kids!!!! I live in the uk and they are in Canada, so its not that big a deal, but it does drive me mad, and make me laugh. It came up in a roundabout way with my sister awhile ago, and she was shocked- she didn't realise she was doing it!!!

Yes! My siblings are 48, 46 and 44 - I'm 38 with 4 kids and a professional job but I'm still the baby sister!
