How old is your son, if he's an adult I'd be out of there, is there anywhere you can go. Have they both been drinking.

Are you ok? How old is your son? Is your son old enough to leave to the night?

Report
falaffels · 11/07/2018 22:09

That's not normal. Please don't think it is.

Get safe and call the police.

Report
falaffels · 11/07/2018 22:09

Thanks for you - it's horrid x

Report
GlitterGlue · 11/07/2018 22:12

Well that explains why he is your ex.

What are you going to do about your son? Do call the police if you’re unsafe.

Yes I was hiding in the bedroom, but not for the same reason as you OP. Just couldn't stand the tension! Why did he swear at you anyway? Unless it was your fault we didn't win?!

Call the police.

Don't put up with this, from either of them. Despicable behaviour. There will be lots of disappointed people tonight; maybe proportionally more men - but that's no excuse for being utter twats.

Tell both of them to gtfo, or you'll call the police. Then go to bed. Be safe x

Call the police. Both need dealing with.

Report

Yes call the police, not normal at all.

Report
Costacoffeeplease · 11/07/2018 22:19

And again, call the police and get them both away to cool down

Report
Frizzbeol · 11/07/2018 22:19

Thanks. Calmed down now. They have been drinking. My son is a lovely boy and has apologised - said he would fix it. My ex otoh is a total fucking scumbag and thats normal behaviour for him. Thats why he doesn't live here anymore. Still a shock when he reverts to type. So glad i dont have that feeling of humiliation and impotent rage anymore. He will be gone tomorrow. Nothing worse than having to get into bed next to a man who has just treated you with total contempt. God i fucking hate him

Why are you getting into bed with your ex? Surely he can sleep on the sofa? Or call him a taxi! After his drunken outburst I wouldn't be letting him anywhere near me!

Yea, he’s not. He’s a violent drunk and god help the woman who gets him as a partner and you as a mother in law to defend him.

Why is your ex at your house? Ring the police and then get the locks changed.

Don't do that.
You know it, I know it, countless women know it.
For once, don't.

Wolfiefan · 11/07/2018 22:24

He's an ex. You don't have to have him in your house. Let alone your bed. He needs to leave. If he won't then call police.

Why is he even at yours? Kick him out.

Report
Frizzbeol · 11/07/2018 22:27

I'm not getting into bed with that thing! He always sleeps on the sofa. I meant in the good old days. I'm just glad I don't have to do it anymore. I'll just stay up here and like I said he will be gone tomorrow. My son has gone to bed and the ex is in the garage drinking with my son's friends. Dickhead.
