Well my son has just smashed up the shed and my ex who is here to watch the football has screamed at me that I am a moron and a stupid fucking cunt. All over a game of fucking football

FusionChefGeoff Wed 11-Jul-18 22:06:23

Is Ex still there?? How old is DS and are you safe?

pallisers Wed 11-Jul-18 22:06:58

Gosh, are you safe? Has your ex left?

Justtheonequestion Wed 11-Jul-18 22:07:39

Unfortunately many many women will go through this tonight. I hope youre ok x

mrsmeee Wed 11-Jul-18 22:07:56

Call the police

HoleyCoMoley Wed 11-Jul-18 22:07:57

How old is your son, if he's an adult I'd be out of there, is there anywhere you can go. Have they both been drinking.

mummastripes Wed 11-Jul-18 22:08:42

Are you ok? How old is your son? Is your son old enough to leave to the night?

falaffels Wed 11-Jul-18 22:09:09

That's not normal. Please don't think it is.

Get safe and call the police.

falaffels Wed 11-Jul-18 22:09:38

thanks for you - it's horrid x

GlitterGlue Wed 11-Jul-18 22:12:43

Well that explains why he is your ex.

What are you going to do about your son? Do call the police if you’re unsafe.

Singlenotsingle Wed 11-Jul-18 22:13:16

Yes I was hiding in the bedroom, but not for the same reason as you OP. Just couldn't stand the tension! Why did he swear at you anyway? Unless it was your fault we didn't win?!

AnchorDownDeepBreath Wed 11-Jul-18 22:15:20

Call the police.

Don't put up with this, from either of them. Despicable behaviour. There will be lots of disappointed people tonight; maybe proportionally more men - but that's no excuse for being utter twats.

Arum51 Wed 11-Jul-18 22:15:46

Tell both of them to gtfo, or you'll call the police. Then go to bed. Be safe x

C0untDucku1a Wed 11-Jul-18 22:16:43

Call the police. Both need dealing with.

Nothisispatrick Wed 11-Jul-18 22:18:24

Yes call the police, not normal at all.

Costacoffeeplease Wed 11-Jul-18 22:19:12

And again, call the police and get them both away to cool down

Frizzbeol Wed 11-Jul-18 22:19:30

Thanks. Calmed down now. They have been drinking. My son is a lovely boy and has apologised - said he would fix it. My ex otoh is a total fucking scumbag and thats normal behaviour for him. Thats why he doesn't live here anymore. Still a shock when he reverts to type. So glad i dont have that feeling of humiliation and impotent rage anymore. He will be gone tomorrow. Nothing worse than having to get into bed next to a man who has just treated you with total contempt. God i fucking hate him

jocktamsonsbairn Wed 11-Jul-18 22:21:02

Why are you getting into bed with your ex? Surely he can sleep on the sofa? Or call him a taxi! After his drunken outburst I wouldn't be letting him anywhere near me!

LuluJakey1 Wed 11-Jul-18 22:21:08

Why are you getting into bed with your ex?

NotTakenUsername Wed 11-Jul-18 22:22:20

My son is a lovely boy and has apologised

Yea, he’s not. He’s a violent drunk and god help the woman who gets him as a partner and you as a mother in law to defend him.

Parker231 Wed 11-Jul-18 22:22:32

Why is your ex at your house? Ring the police and then get the locks changed.

MaryandMichael Wed 11-Jul-18 22:22:38

Nothing worse than having to get into bed next to a man who has just treated you with total contempt
Don't do that.
You know it, I know it, countless women know it.
For once, don't.

Wolfiefan Wed 11-Jul-18 22:24:59

He's an ex. You don't have to have him in your house. Let alone your bed. He needs to leave. If he won't then call police.

DayKay Wed 11-Jul-18 22:26:45

Why is he even at yours? Kick him out.

Frizzbeol Wed 11-Jul-18 22:27:25

I'm not getting into bed with that thing! He always sleeps on the sofa. I meant in the good old days. I'm just glad I don't have to do it anymore. I'll just stay up here and like I said he will be gone tomorrow. My son has gone to bed and the ex is in the garage drinking with my son's friends. Dickhead.
