Does anyone know what proof I need to produce to the courts. Im going thru a divorce on a 2 year separation grounds. the court want further proof as we still lived in the same house for a while. We slept in separate rooms, he did all his own cooking and washing. We had separate bank accounts apart from the mortgage one where we both paid into to. I dont know what I need to send to prove this ?

I'm not sure if you need proof as long as your ex will verify the date.

Has finances and child contact (if applicable) been resolved?

What exactly does the request from the court say?

They want a statement proving we didnt sleep in the same bed, cook, do washing or socialise. We didnt but how do I prove it

You write a statement out, containing a statement of truth ("I believe the contents of this statement are true") and saying how you ran the house. "We did not wash each other's clothes, except for that time he wrecked my silk dress that got caught up under his gym gear. We never socialised together unless you count when we ended up in the same pub and hissed insults at each other at the bar. I bought my organic vegan produce, and he lived off greasy takeaways like the grubby pig he is. "

The Judge just wants it verified in a formal statement, that's all.
