So I'm having zero luck on pof, tinder and bumble! When I say zero luck I mean anyone that seems half decent seems to exist!

Anyone like to recommend a good site please - willing to pay! I'm 36, attractive and out going, so not past my best - yet!

Thanks for reading x

I think they're all pretty much the same.
Perseverance is the key!

Your mindset is key to surviving the murky world of internet dating I believe. Remind yourself that you are attractive (the prize) and never past your best...you can be gorgeous at 88!!! I cannot give any advice on which websites are the best as I haven't a clue about that, but I would say don't close yourself off to exclusively thinking about online dates...meet people other ways as well...I bumped into my husband in a nightclub while fending off the wandering hands of a perv. I had my eyes set on the barman that night, and he had his eyes set on me...only fate got in the way and delivered my DH instead.

36 is no age to be worrying about relationships so go out, have fun and good luck!!!

I'm finding OK Cupid a bit better than Match and PoF - so far!!

Whoknows.....I feel your pain.

Signed up to Ourtime (50+) and have had loads of interest from bloody 65+ yr old men. I don't want to be a "Nurse or a Purse', thank you very much!! I was cross to find that Ourtime is a branch of Match.

Lots of men wearing sunglasses as well, or not posting a picture. What is that all about?

There was 1 profile that piqued my interest (he had looked at mine 1st). So I plucked up the courage to email, only to find that he couldn't meet me because I was too far away. ggggrrrrrr

It really is a numbers game but you need to chill; you're 20 yrs younger than me!! Grin

They are all similar, I think you just need to be patient, don't expect to meet anyone anytime soon. I have been on and off most of the sites for almost 3 years, have been on many dates but not met anyone I click with. Was close to giving up but have just met someone who seems reasonably normal and nice (early days so we shall see).
