Need help to respond - difficult DM

I had some amazing advice here some time ago and hoping some one can help me with next step. DM suffers from massive anger issues and it has had a terrible effect on my health and anxiety. I have a therapist who suspects DM has severe mental health problems which will never be addressed (because it's everyone else not her...). DC have had a good relationship with her and DF but the last year things have become very acrimonious between me and parents resulting in me being NC. Every couple of weeks or so, DM rings up my house and demands to speak to my DC but doesn't even say hello to me when I answer the phone. Same when I do arranged times for them to see DC. Or she sends short emails with no chat asking when she can see DC. I am letting her treat me like shit in front of them. I let them see each other because DC do love them and GP too and I hate to be the one to spoil their relationship even though mine with them is dead in the water. Do I demand that she changes her manner when contacting me and keep DC away? DF is lovely but useless, gives in for the sake of peace which I get. She manages to control her anger with DC and they enjoy spending time together but I hate that she treats me like shit when she wants my children. Any advice? Any good responses I could email?? Am at a loss.
