Anyone help. I suffer anxiety, badly. My first husband died a few years ago and I've met someone else, married him and am extremely happy. I'm so worried about him at the moment. He keeps deep breathing. Big deep breaths. He insists nothing is wrong, he feels fine, he isn't sore, he isn't struggling to breathe or to catch his breath.
I'm so worried he isn't telling me the truth because he knows I'll worry. How can I settle myself?

Is this breathing pattern new or has he always done this since you met him?

When is he doing this?

I think this is 200% your anxiety and 0% a physical problem. You poor thing. Maybe a touch of ptsd from your bereavement?

To me it has changed but he doesn't think it has. Maybe I've just noticed it. Maybe it has always been there. I'm so worried something will happen to him. 😓

Is it since the weather has got warmer? He might have a touch of asthma

Not to do with weather. We live in 48 degree heat. 😳
