Would it bother you if your DH wanted to use a sex toy on himself?

I know there is a sex topic but I haven't been here long enough unfortunately Blush I have been here a couple of months, but have name changed for this.

Just what the title says really. He has asked if we "give it a try" I was a bit surprised and don't really know what to say! Would it bother you?

No, it wouldn't bother me in the slightest, although if he's putting it up his bum I would prefer he got one of his own, or at least put a condom on it.

No, its the same for women isnt it? Not weird and can enhance pleasure

There is nothing you can safely take to lower your sexual drive so that's not an option. I'm afraid your only option is to put up with it or leave him, sadly

Oops sorry! Wrong thread. You don't have to leave him over sex toys Grin
I'm afraid I would find it a bit off putting if he wanted to put things up his bum during sex.

Yes he wants one for his bum!

It makes me feel a little uncomfortable.

Get him one of his own. Somethings are one person things.

Things get lost up bums too if they're not official bum toys. Ask any A&E worker.

Special prostate massagers are available. Apparently it is very good for the prostate and reduces the risk of prostate cancer.

Lots of guys like anal stimulation.
It's really no different to you using a bullet (or even just rubbing your clit) during sex.

sex toys arent exclusive to women lovehoney (other online shops are available) have sections for male sex toys whether they be butt plugs, cock rings etc

Give it a try and keep an open mind maybe, it might be hilarious or fun to watch, but he definitely needs ti get his own. He might hate it, my d friends ex was desperate to try this but didn't enjoy it at all in the end.

Honestly it might bother me a little bit though, but I have never tried that so I don't know.

Not in the slightest! We have lots of sex toys and really enjoy them. We break out the anal toys for special occasions Grin

Meh, wouldn't bother me in the slightest - so long as he washed it afterwards Grin

Here I was, thinking he'd bought a sex doll or something misogynist like that.

What's the problem with a butt plug?

Report
BrownAjah · 03/04/2017 21:34

Meh. It's not something I would use but if DH wanted to try it, why not? Where's the harm if it gives him some pleasure?

An ex had one (inherited from me). Happily I didn't get it back when we split. He loved it and I didn't mind at it all.

I'd be all for it.

No. It's physical, sensory stimulation.

I absolutely assure you that many, many men enjoy it and are not gay or submissive. It's a sensitive area with a lot of nerve endings and blood vessels.

Yes I'd be fine with it. I am fine with it. I bought one for him. Wink

I'd be fine but I'm not an arse person myself so he'd have to use it on himself.

SleepFreeZone · 03/04/2017 23:13

It depends what he wants to buy. A standard prostrate you would t bother me. A huge black dildo probably would.

Report
hideehigh · 03/04/2017 23:16

treat him to some anal beads or a butt plug, go for it! if he's comfortable enough with you to express his desires , please don't be put off when he does so!
