I know I need proper medical help and I'm starting cbt soon. On a waiting list.
In the meantime, do people have any tips for staying calm? I can't seem to rationalise anything. I've recently had a horrendous time at work and even though it's not so bad anymore, I can't seem to shake the worry about life in general. :(
