Has anyone else during an argument with OH just had the urge to shout "Just fucking go I don't want to be with you" but just don't have the balls🙁

I used to this with the countless bust-up's with my ex...honestly when I finally showed him the door, it was overwhelmingly lovely...but that was because I really deep-down wanted to end things. I only think you should say those words if you mean them and are ready for any consequences.

I think you might find yourself saying it sooner rather than later if that's what you really want. If he's making you feel like that he should go! And you shouldn't worry about telling him if that's the case. Flowers if you are thinking you want to say it I think it will find its way out..

Yes it will find its' way out.I put up with years of abuse from x(h) & one day he pushed me too far.

Maybe you need to have some sort of conversation before it comes out in this way? See if there is anything than can be done or if not then at least you have tried and if you decide to end things it may be in a more amicable way?
