Separation

Yesterday was great, today's not been great and I think within a heated discussion we have decided to sell up and go our separate ways. H has gone out, said before he left that we need to sort finances and just get on with things. I don't know what to think, what to say, what to do, who to phone, just feeling completely empty. I just don't understand how it can go from yesterday to today.

How did that happen, then? What was the heated discussion about? And had he been OK in the run up to Christmas? Do you have children together?

You need to try and sit down tomorrow and have an honest discussion. Was this a case of just flying off the handle or a genuine feeling that you both need to separate. Only once you have had that discussion can you begin to try and forge a way forward into unchartered territory perhaps. I hope that tomorrow brings some answers, even if it's not you want to hear you do need to know the truth.

For me a heated discussion, h said some horrible things so going to become that, for him more serious I think. He has gone away today to visit family, we have kids but not together, still my DS's home though. I've had hardly any sleep, will think about things all day and feel no better.

He won't talk, just walks past me, glares and then moves to another room. I have no where I can go. I'm broken inside, I can't get him to talk, he refuses to say anything
