Title says it all. Married 18 years, managed to getaway leaving grandparents in charge, found myself sitting alone in lovely hotel room watching Big Bang Theory. Arrived at sunset, walked around gawping, nice dinner, time difference has kicked my behind so we went back to hotel, walking through huge casino DH said "I'll follow you up shortly." That was nearly 2 hours ago.

He's had lots of boys' trips here but this is my first time in Vegas. He was so eager to show me the city. Hope it's not going to be like this all week.

Just feeling a bit sad.

Don't give up special.
Jet lag is grim and makes me feel miserable, that's possibly why you're feeling gloomy.
Plan some treats that DH hasn't done with his mates and try and have some fun. I bet loads of people of MN will have some great ideas of great things to do. Could you post in Travel?

Rest up & you will feel loads better. Then go to see Love (cirque) - you won't regret it and will smile from ear to ear!

You've just arrived in Vegas and you are lonely within 2 hours? What? Go and find him and explore. Sorry, but you sound no fun at all.

You sound hard work, sorry... You've just arrived & saying you're lonely? You said you were tired, he obviously wasn't so why would you expect him to sit in the hotel room while you slept?
Get some rest then enjoy Vegas.
