Given the title, this could be triggering.
So it has come to my attention that I could share my account with this enquiry.
I thought it was just for those abused in institutions but it also says it's for those who were not listened to by authorities. And that happened to me. The police and school didn't stop it. They knew and didn't stop it
Has anyone done this? Would you? Do you think its safe? I want justice but won't ever get it. I can't report him to the police again, I tried and tried and I won't go through it again. Could this be a way to finally be heard?
I don't want to report to the police and I don't want to be dragged into an enquiry about my abuse, but if I can help others and if it could help bring me justice and closure then I'd do it. But is it safe?
I'm confused and unsure and for that reason leaning towards not to doing it, yet deep down, I really really want to. Where is that coming from?
Brain dump. I'm sorry. Can anyone relate?
