If you look at my previous threads you will see I have endured controlling behaviour for years. I finally reached the end a few weeks ago and my H realised the same.
We just told the kids tonight. My daughter seems like she has been waiting for it and is almost happy. My son is quiet and not expressing himself. I feel so sad for him. They are teenagers. Son is older.
It feels like the shit has hit the fan and I am the one who threw it.
I feel a sense of moving forward but into what? How do i help my kids?
