Have another post running but thought start this. Due to DH found out with OW advice from Solicitor is there is no such thing as a legal separation...a consentual agreement can be put in place however Sol says it doesnt stand as such the only way to ensure DH doesnt go back on his word so to speak is the divorce route which is £££££ bucks!!!!
im shocked at this...What have others done
