Solicitors Appt - what questions to ask?

Have a free 30mins solicitors Appt week Friday to get advice on mine/and our DC's entitlements (DH having affair not confront him yet) need to get my ducks in a row beforehand...know the basic questions but what should I be asking in this apt?

No specific order but such as what are you entitled to, who gets the the house who the child/children live with maintenance payments

And when you have a list do just that WRITE THEM DOWN and refer to it when there. Its not far removed from going to the doctors;!
